Allen Buildwell was established in 1995, specializes in equipments for Concrete Mixing, Transporting, Slipforming and Finishing. All our engineers are trained by our Principals in their factories abroad and in the last 5 years have earned respect from senior project engineers on various sites. Our company now is slowly being recognized as on one the leading suppliers of equipments for Cement Concrete Roads and Canals. This is primarily because of excellent co-ordination between our Principals and the users of the equipment, well supported with ready service and spares on site.

Time bound contracts under NHAI, MMRDA, AAI need utmost care and service to users of equipments. Delay in service and long breakdowns can retard progress of such time bound projects leading in huge losses to contractors.

Allen Buildwell headed by their Managing Director Mr. Ashok A.Rao believes in being a medium but strong company. There is no hurry to establish offices in various parts of India and to increase the overheads and thereby selling costs. We believe in repeat orders from satisfied customers. It is also our policy, NOT to employ smooth talking salesmen or un reliable Dealers. We have no Salesmen. All our key persons meeting customers are experienced Engineers who are also available for service support & trouble shooting.. Today with such excellent communication networks, air travel & courier services; it is possible to service all corners of India from Mumbai. Our policy has been to keep sufficient quantity of spares on customers site. These emergency spares on site help save down time. Critical projects like Tala Hydro Project (Client: M/s. M/s. DIECI Srl, Italy…low-bed Transit Mixers with trucks and Dumpers for Tunnel application. Custom built equipments for handling concrete and materials in Tunnels.

Spares: Our company policy is not to squeeze customers in prices of spare parts (whether for imported equipments or locally manufactured ones). We always give the customer, all the Original part numbers of bought out items (this is true for all Imported machineries). Our customers can source critical spares, directly from the open market without having to depend on us. All machineries locally manufactured by Allen Buildwell such as PENTA Reverse Discharge Drum Mixers, Mini Batching Plants, Medium Concrete Plants (Penta.10 cum/hr to 160 cum/hr) have been designed in such a way that the customer has very little reason to depend on us for spare parts. 75% of the parts used in PENTA machines are locally available in the Indian market in big cities. This way the customer does not have to maintain large inventory on site and also is not open to being what the Americans say “Ripped Off” in prices of spares parts. Most of the contractors we meet have expressed this about our competitors.

Currently ABPL have Trained Electro Mechanical Engineers and technicians supporting all the equipments right from Installation stages to final operations with training.
Engineers: 11 nos.
Technicians: 8 nos.
General Trainee Technicians: 6 nos.
Electronic Engineers: 2 nos.

Our entire field Engineering staff carries Mobile Phones and is reachable round the clock on phone or through email. There is service department in our Mumbai office to co-ordinate the movements of our Engineers on various sites.

On site spare parts helps in reducing the down time of the equipment. Most of the problems are sorted out on phone by our technicians supported by immediate replacements of spares available on site. This has been the key to our success and for fetching repeat orders from our clients.
