Mr. Rao has been in concrete equipment manufacturing, Sales & service related business since 1978.
1978: First worked as apprentice with BUILDWELL Engineering & Const. Co.
1982 : Started his own company BUILDWELL Machines (India) to manufacture Batch Type Concrete Mixers, Concrete Poker & Screed Vibrators, Mini Concrete plants.
1995 : Became Managing Director of Allen Buildwell Pvt Ltd.
Representing several Foreign equipment manufacturers exclusively in India. Currently CEO.

Honored with the KEY to the city of Salisbury, NC. USA by their Mayor.
